New Report on Non-Degree Credentialing Research

March 22, 2021

The Non-Degree Credentials Research Network presents a new report on the state of the field of non-degree credentialing research.

The Non-Degree Credentials Research Network presents a new report on the state of the field of non-degree credentialing research. In New Directions for Non-Degree Credentialing Research, GWIPP research professors Kyle Albert and Stephen Crawford describe the state of the field, summarize key research conducted by NCRN members and presented at NCRN meetings and webinars over the past two years, and outline a research agenda for the field. A shorter summary report focuses on lessons from the NCRN’s work that can be applied to stakeholder organizations, such as educational institutions, certification bodies, policymakers, career counselors, and workforce intermediaries.

GWIPP gratefully acknowledges the financial support of Lumina Foundation for this report and all other NCRN activities. The NCRN is always looking to engage with new researchers and stakeholders, who can learn more about the network from its website.
